Sarah Gilstrap

Sarah Gilstrap is a Senior Environmental Sciences Specialist at Black & Veatch, a position held since August 2022. With over 14 years of experience in the environmental field, Sarah previously served as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Burns & McDonnell from January 2008 to July 2022, specializing in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater and industrial wastewater discharge permitting. Sarah's expertise also includes wetland delineations and Section 404 permitting. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from Drury University.
