Silas S. Dulan III

Silas S. Dulan III, MSM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2006, they started their career at Sprint as a Materials Planner. Silas S. then moved on to Baker University, where they served as the Director of Multicultural Affairs from an unknown start date to 2012, and later as the Director of Retention. At Kiewit, Silas held multiple roles, including Business Manager, Overhead Accounting Manager, and University Recruiting Lead. Silas S. joined American Eagle Outfitters as an HR Generalist in 2015. At Evergy, they worked in various positions, including Senior HR Business Partner, Trading Analyst, Operations Recruiting Lead, and Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Currently, Silas holds the role of Associate Vice President and Global Director of DE&I at Black & Veatch.

Silas S. Dulan III, MSM pursued their education in chronological order, achieving a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Baker University in the years 2001 to 2006. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Baker University once again, this time earning a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree with a specialization in Business Management. Currently, Silas is enrolled at Cornell University, completing a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate, with an expected completion year in 2022.
