Julie Guerrero Schor

Julie Guerrero Schor is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community development. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Black Wealth Data Center since April 2023, Schor previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Forum for Youth Investment, where oversight of a $10 million operating budget and key leadership responsibilities were maintained. Schor's background includes significant roles at The Urban Institute as Director of Center Operations, managing over $14 million in awards, and at The Aspen Institute as Associate Director, Finance and Programs. Earlier career experiences include operations leadership at Stone Soup Films, teaching roles at the National Building Museum and E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, and planning analysis for the City of Henderson, Nevada. Schor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Michigan and both a Master's in City and Regional Planning and a Post Graduate Certificate in Housing and Community Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
