Siu Chung Tsang

Siu Chung Tsang is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Black & White Engineering, with extensive experience in electrical design and project management. Previously, Tsang worked as an Engineer for Critical Systems - Electrical at Cundall and as an Electrical Engineer at Industrial Design Associates International, focusing on MV and LV electrical installations for data centres globally. Tsang's earlier roles at Shinryo (Hong Kong) Limited encompassed responsibilities throughout various project life cycles, including significant government and commercial projects valued over HKD $1 billion. Siu Chung Tsang holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, attained in 2016.
