ST Waterhouse has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2019, they worked for Black Women Talk Tech as a Consultant/Project Manager/Trainer, where they produced and delivered training sessions, maximized partnerships, implemented servant leadership communication style, and coached and managed project constraints. In 2017, they worked for American International Media Group as a Project Manager/Producer, leading the organization's strategic plan, inventing methods to improve team efficiency, and conducting employee surveys. From 2011 to 2018, they worked for the Office of Admissions at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis as a Project Manager, UX, where they led design solutions, coordinated with digital departments, and guided customers in product installation and use. From 2006 to 2011, they worked for Cleanhouse Training Productions as a Systems Engineer Business Analyst, leading design solutions, writing and developing creative concepts, and producing video projects.

ST Waterhouse completed a Masters in Media and Arts in Science with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they also obtained a Certification in Human Computer Interaction from the same institution. Prior to that, ST Waterhouse attended Penn State University, where they earned a BA in Mass Communications.

Black Women Talk Tech

Black Women Talk Tech was created a tech conference designed specifically for Black women tech entrepreneurs to create a space where black women could for once, be seen and heard and have their ideas invested in. Our conference is now the largest convening of Black women tech entrepreneurs and technologists.
