Martin Paterson

With over 30 years’ experience in property sales, Martin is also one of the few Fellows of the National Association of Estate Agents within Scotland. He is past chairman of the Scottish NAEA and is also a council representative for Scotland, representing the views of Scottish members to the UK council. This puts him in a good position to appraise any new property legislation from the Scottish Executive. He is an expert on the local housing market and works closely also with many leading developers. Having worked extensively in The Dundee, Angus and the Fife property market, Martin provides an unrivalled insight into current market conditions.
