Wendy Mitchell

Wendy joined Blackadders as a secretary in 1977, gaining experience in residential conveyancing, wills and powers of attorney. She also worked within the Financial Services Department before moving to Private Client.

After receiving her Diploma from the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS), she became a Scottish Law Accountant/Senior Paralegal working within the Private Client Department.

Wendy specialises in Executry Estates administration and has gained experience and knowledge relating to Executries, Agricultural Estates, Confirmation, Legal Rights, Inheritance Tax and Transferable Nil Rate Bands.
