Thomas Napier has a diverse work experience in investment banking and advisory services. Thomas started their career as an Investment Banking Intern at Corporate Finance Associates of Kentucky in 2012. Thomas then joined KBW, where they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2014 to 2016 and later as an Investment Banking Associate from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Napier joined BlackArch Partners as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in June 2021. Prior to their career in banking, they served as a Team Leader and Rifleman in the United States Marine Corps from 2006 to 2010.
Thomas Napier completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Kentucky in 2013, with a major in Finance, a second major in Accounting, and a minor in Economics. Thomas has also passed the CFA Level II examination through the CFA Institute. In addition, they possess certifications in Bloomberg, Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Series 63, and Series 79, although the specific institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
