Katrina Clarke is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience in the technology and education sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success Europe & Pacific at Blackbaud Europe since July 2021, Katrina oversees customer success across EMEA and Asia Pacific, focusing on empowering teams to foster long-term partnerships with various organizations.
