Chris Defalco

Chris DeFalco is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in Asset Performance Management (APM) and online giving performance analytics. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Blackbaud since June 2022, Chris focuses on enhancing the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations. Prior roles include Head of Product at Itus Digital, where Chris led product management in a startup environment, and Senior Director of Product Management at GE Digital, overseeing the unification of APM product lines post-acquisition of Meridium. Chris's career began at Meridium, progressing through various roles, culminating as Director of Product Management, where Chris managed product roadmaps and launched innovative solutions. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College.
