Colleen Gutierrez

Colleen Gutierrez has over two decades of experience in technical writing and content development, currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer and Team Manager for Strategic Content Development at Blackbaud since November 2013. Prior to this role, Colleen worked in various capacities at IBM, including Information Development for IBM Security Systems Management and System Test Project Management. Colleen's career at IBM spanned multiple roles from 2000 to July 2013, ultimately focusing on certification test project management within IBM Tivoli Software. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Mankato State University in Mankato, MN.
