Stephen Halleck

Stephen Halleck is the SVP of Business Operations at Blackbaud. Stephen has held various progressive leadership roles in software engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, and operational maturity throughout their career. Stephen began their career at Wachovia as a VP of Development Manager where they managed a team of programmers, analysts, project leaders, and managers. Stephen then moved to Fiserv and became their VP of Operations Optimization & Quality. In this role, they were responsible for group operations leading 7 businesses with 1 billion in combined revenue. Most recently, Stephen has taken on the role of SVP of Business Operations at Blackbaud. In this role, they are responsible for the operational best practices, quality improvement, and strategic initiative execution for the company.

Stephen Halleck attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems.

Stephen Halleck reports to Michael Gianoni, President & CEO. They work with Jon Olson - SVP, General Counsel, Kevin Mcdearis - EVP, Chief Products Officer, and Todd Lant - CIO.
