Annebel Smit

Annebel Smit has a diverse work experience across various companies. Annebel worked as a Business challenge solver at blackbear, where they carried out projects for different clients and contributed to increasing quality and safety, developing KPIs, and proposing change management ideas. At Octopas coaching & training, they served as a Personal Assistant, optimizing company services by editing materials and suggesting improvements. Annebel also worked as an Intern Consultant Gezond Ondernemen at Zilveren Kruis. Additionally, they were a Teacher/trainer at AthenaStudies, mainly teaching MVDA to university students. Lastly, at Lyceo, they worked as a Selector team Recruitment and Selection, conducting personal interviews, providing feedback, and supporting the top trainer, among other tasks. Annebel also served as a Homework tutor and Exam Trainer Math (A) at Lyceo.

Annebel Smit attended Leiden University from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 2021, they completed a certification in Data Analytics with Python at Winc Academy. Annebel then pursued further education at Leiden University from 2021 to 2022, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology.
