Gunther Lissl

Gunther Lissl is a Defense Readiness Analyst at blackbear since October 2020, specializing in the management of the Defense Readiness Reporting Systems for USCENTCOM. With over two decades of experience in the US Navy Reserve, Gunther has held various roles including Defense Support of Civilian Authorities Liaison Officer, Maritime Domain Awareness Cell Lead, Executive Officer, Operations Officer, and Commanding Officer, demonstrating a strong background in military operations and logistics.
