Paul Dezentje

Paul Dezentje has diverse work experience in various roles. From December 2016 to December 2018, they worked as a Trainee and later became a Consultant at Croonwolter&dros. In this position, they were responsible for customer relationship management, contract management, and supporting sales departments. Paul also facilitated improvement projects within the department. From January 2019 to July 2019, they worked as a Programmamanager at Croonwolter&dros. Paul then joined Van Dorp as a Programmamanager from March 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they guided development and improvement initiatives in the northwest region. Paul assisted teams in lean processes, implemented new developments, and supported strategic decision-making by the management. Currently, they are working as a Project Consultant at blackbear, starting from April 2022. Paul'sresponsibilities include advising companies on placing assignments on the platform and guiding Solvers and companies throughout the assignment process.

Paul Dezentje completed their education in a progressive manner, starting with their secondary education at Theresialyceum from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained their VWO degree in the field of N&T. Paul then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Molecular Science and Technology from Delft University of Technology, studying from 2008 to 2012. Later, they continued their education at the same institution, obtaining their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Engineering and Policy Analysis from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Dezentje also obtained several certifications. In March 2018, they completed the Prince2 certification from PeopleCert. In May 2017, they received a lean six sigma Yellow belt certification from WE-college van Croonwolter&dros. In January 2017, they obtained the vol VCA certification from Pontifex Certificatie B.V. Furthermore, in September 2019, they acquired the IEC 62443 security professional Industrial automation & control systems - system integrator & vendor certification from Hudson Cybertec.
