Tyler Coffin

Tyler Coffin has extensive experience in software engineering, primarily with BlackBerry, where tenure began in April 2005 and includes current roles as Principal Software Architect and previously as Senior Software Architect among others. Contributions involve prototyping and developing mobile device management solutions as well as leading teams in automated test tool development and introducing quality informatics using Hadoop and Hbase. Earlier roles at Research In Motion included automated test development and test tool development. Tyler's career also includes a position as a Product Engineer at Legato Systems, LLC. Tyler holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Guelph, earned between 2000 and 2004.
