Brendan Rose has a diverse work experience. Brendan started their career at Next Byte as a Sales Support, where they provided sales support for account managers and performed various tasks such as customer service, stock management, and asset management. Brendan then joined LeetGeek Pty Ltd as a Service Manager and later became an Operations Manager. In these roles, they focused on overseeing day-to-day operations, managing workloads, updating internal policies, handling escalations, and ensuring quality assurance. Currently, Brendan is working at Blackbird IT, where they have held multiple positions including Operations Manager, General Manager, Sales Manager, COO, and currently they are serving as the CEO. In these roles, they have been responsible for executing the company's strategy, improving internal processes for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
