Brett Nabb started their work experience in 2000 as a Manager of Product Delivery at Sigma Micro. Brett then worked at Anthology Inc as a Senior Director of Client Support from 2008 to the present, responsible for process improvement and client relationship management. In 2008, they also held the position of Learning Solutions Specialist at ANGEL Learning / Blackboard. Starting in 2010, they joined Blackboard and took on roles such as Engagement Manager and Senior Engagement Manager, overseeing support teams and ensuring client satisfaction. In 2015, they became the Director of Collaborate and ANGEL Support, and in 2016, they were promoted to Senior Director of Client Support and Operations.

Brett Nabb holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
