Sarah Gan

Sarah Gan is a Research Manager at Blackbox since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading end-to-end projects and managing relationships with research vendors. Prior roles include Research Associate at the National University of Singapore, where Sarah managed service-related projects and developed research studies, and User Experience Researcher at Singapore University of Technology and Design, focusing on the gig economy post-COVID-19. Previous positions also include Senior Research Assistant and Research Assistant at various institutions, contributing to studies on the Future of Work and urbanization challenges. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Clinical and Health Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University.
