My Nguyen

My Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. In 2022, My joined BBI as the Practice Area Chief and Managing Director. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2022, My worked at Datasource Consulting, an EXL company, holding various positions. As a Senior Assistant Vice President, My led distributed teams and provided thought leadership in the development and delivery of Enterprise Data Management implementations. Additionally, My managed a portfolio of data management accounts and specialized in data quality, master data management, integration, warehousing, reporting, and analytics. Earlier at Datasource Consulting, My served as an Assistant Vice President in Enterprise Data Management and as an Engagement Manager.

From 2007 to 2016, My was employed at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Initially, My worked as a Director for Enterprise Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Web Application, leading multi-million-dollar data management and analytics programs for clients across industries. Later, as a Senior Principal Consultant and Engagement Manager/Senior Program Manager, My guided and mentored project management teams, oversaw the strategic planning and implementation of complex data management and business intelligence engagements, and developed individualized solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, My worked at Knightsbridge Solutions as a Senior Principal Consultant from 2002 to 2007. And from 1997 to 2002, My held the role of Senior Technical Lead at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest Communications).

My Nguyen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University. In addition to this, My also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems & Internet Development from DeVry University. My has also obtained two certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
