Bikramjit Singh

Bikramjit Singh currently serves as Associate Director and Head-Business HR at BlackBuck (Zinka Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), leading HR Business Partnering for various verticals including Technology, Product, Finance, Business Categories, and Sales since November 2019. With experience managing a team of HR Business Partners supporting over 800 employees, Bikramjit also oversees the Compensation & Benefits charter, focusing on ESOP design and compensation benchmarking. Prior to this role, Bikramjit worked as Senior Manager - Human Resources at Bandhan Bank from April 2017 to October 2019, where responsibilities included collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive HR initiatives for the Micro-Banking Business. Previous experience includes an HR internship at GSK Pharmaceuticals and a senior software engineering role at Samsung R&D Institute India.
