Tarun Malhotra

Tarun Malhotra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telesales and customer support, currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Telesales and Customer Support at BlackBuck since June 2022, leading a team of over 1000 employees. Prior to this, Tarun held significant roles at Hicare Services Pvt. Ltd. as AVP, where responsibilities included transitioning to an in-house call center and managing P&L for new sales and renewals, and at Quikr as Assistant Vice President Operations-Telesales, overseeing a 350-member team. Tarun's previous experience also includes leading operations at Andromeda Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and CONSIM Info Pvt. Ltd., managing various processes, achieving high productivity, and successfully implementing CRM solutions. Tarun holds an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bhavans College.
