Katie Beach

Katie Beach is an experienced legal recruitment professional with a comprehensive background in the field. Currently serving as Director at BlackByrd Partners since July 2024, Katie previously held the position of National Director of Legal Recruiting at Seyfarth Shaw LLP from October 2022 to July 2024. Prior roles include Firm Manager of Lateral Recruiting and Recruiting Manager at Jones Day, as well as Legal Recruitment and Development Regional Manager and Coordinator at K&L Gates. Katie's earlier career includes positions as Recruitment Advisor and Recruitment Assistant at Linklaters LLP, and serving as a Recruitment Fellow for Teach For America. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and History from Northwestern University.
