Goodluck Nzeh

Goodluck Nzeh is a solution-driven professional with extensive experience in Customer Management, Product Marketing, and Administration. Currently serving as a Recovery Officer/Collections at Blackcopper since April 2022, Goodluck has demonstrated a results-oriented approach and strong analytical skills. Previous roles include Customer Account Representative and Collection Officer at FinaTrust Microfinance Bank, and Customer Service Representative and Sales Specialist at Wapic Insurance Plc. Goodluck holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Ilorin, with ongoing education for another Master’s at the University of Ibadan.
