Ben Locwin has had a varied and distinguished career in public health, medical sciences, and healthcare. In 2021, they began their current role as Professor of Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Cardiovascular Clinical Studies and a Senior Consultant, Public Health Outreach at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ben also joined the Science and Public Health Task Force as a Task Force Member. In 2019, they were a Keynote Speaker at the American Medical Device Summit for Generis. In 2018, they became the Senior Vice President, Quality and Regulatory for Lumicell and an Executive Advisor/Managing Consultant for Valeocon Management Consulting. In 2016, they joined the Genetic Literacy Project as a Board Director and Scientific Advisory Board Member. In 2020, they also became the Vice President of Project Solutions and Executive SME for Black Diamond Networks, and a COVID-19 Advisor for Material Safety & Sanitization Protocols for Science from Scientists.
