Ben Locwin

Ben Locwin has had a varied and distinguished career in public health, medical sciences, and healthcare. In 2021, they began their current role as Professor of Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Cardiovascular Clinical Studies and a Senior Consultant, Public Health Outreach at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ben also joined the Science and Public Health Task Force as a Task Force Member. In 2019, they were a Keynote Speaker at the American Medical Device Summit for Generis. In 2018, they became the Senior Vice President, Quality and Regulatory for Lumicell and an Executive Advisor/Managing Consultant for Valeocon Management Consulting. In 2016, they joined the Genetic Literacy Project as a Board Director and Scientific Advisory Board Member. In 2020, they also became the Vice President of Project Solutions and Executive SME for Black Diamond Networks, and a COVID-19 Advisor for Material Safety & Sanitization Protocols for Science from Scientists.

Ben Locwin has a diverse educational background. Ben has obtained a Certification in Risk Management and Decision Quality from Stanford University, a Master of Business Administration from Franklin Pierce University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, an Executive Education Certificate in Digital Marketing from Yale School of Management, a Master Certification in Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University, a Master Certification in Lean Process Improvement from Villanova University, and additional certifications in Risk Management, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Production Master, and Psychopharmacology. Ben has also studied Astrophysics at University of Massachusetts Amherst, Behavioral Neuroscience at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Advanced Forensic Examination at University of Baltimore, Data Science and Big Data Analytics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Epidemiology at Tufts University School of Medicine, and Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry at University of New Hampshire.
