Javier Morales

Javier Morales began their career in 2018 as a Sales Consultant at CarMax. In 2019 they joined Black Diamond Networks as a Biologics Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for finding skilled talent in the field of biologics and connecting them with the right role at the right client. Javier also worked as a Scientific Recruiter for AP Biosciences, a division of Black Diamond Networks. In this role, they were responsible for providing top talent for direct hires, contract placements, and consulting projects in the drug development and medical device fields.

Javier Morales attended Salem State University from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
