Shannon Cox

Shannon Cox has over 20 years of work experience in engineering and quality compliance. Shannon began their career in 1996 as a Validation Engineer (Contract) at Bayer. In 1998, they joined Monsanto as a Validation Contractor. Shannon then moved to Wyeth Biotech in 2001 as a Senior Process Engineer. In 2009, they joined Barry-Wehmiller Design Group as a Senior Process Engineer. In 2010, they moved to Covidien as a Senior Validation Engineer. In 2012, they were promoted to Sr. Quality Compliance Specialist at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group. In 2013, they joined Sequence, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Black Diamond Networks as an Engineering Project Manager.

Shannon Cox attended Sandhills Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associates Degree in Pre-Engineering. Shannon then transferred to North Carolina State University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BS in Chemical Engineering.
