Chst Michael McDaniel

Michael McDaniel, CHST, is a seasoned professional in occupational health and safety management and project management, with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Occupational Health and Safety Manager for Blackeagle Energy Services since February 2023, McDaniel has previously held key positions at Xcel Energy and Q3 Contracting Inc. McDaniel's background includes significant roles with Halliburton Group, overseeing excavation and utility operations in Iraq and Kuwait, and with Danella Companies, where site construction management was a primary responsibility. McDaniel began a career with the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on heavy equipment operations. An OSHA Authorized Trainer since 2014, McDaniel’s educational credentials also reflect a strong foundation in excavation and demolition from service in the Army Corps.
