Seth Swisher

Seth Swisher currently serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Blackfin Partners, leading the firm's retail acquisition, development, leasing, and asset management efforts since July 2019. Prior to this role, Seth was the Vice President of Retail Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where responsibilities included developing real estate strategies and securing a Joint Venture partnership for a substantial commercial property. Earlier experience at Boos Development Group, Inc. encompassed roles as Regional Director of Real Estate, Development Project Manager, and Real Estate Manager, resulting in over 30 project approvals annually and the successful construction of numerous single tenant retail buildings. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Service Administration from Florida State University.
