Steve Lipofsky

Steve Lipofsky, P.E., currently serves as Vice President of Development at Blackfin Partners since April 2024. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Director of Project Management & Engineering at Mister Car Wash from June 2022 to April 2024, and previously was VP of Development at Clean Streak Ventures between January 2020 and June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Retail Construction Services at The Ferber Company from May 2016 to January 2020, Project Manager at CPH, Inc. from June 2015 to April 2016, and in various roles at Stillwater Technologies, Inc. from May 2006 to June 2015. Steve began the professional journey as an intern at United Forming, Inc. in 2005-2006. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where studies spanned 2004 to 2007, focusing on design and permitting for commercial, residential, and recreational land development projects throughout the southeastern United States.
