Adam Chodos

Adam Chodos is a Senior Project Manager at Sterling Bay, with a career progression that includes roles as Project Manager and Project Analyst since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant and participating as a Student Athlete at the University of Vermont from August 2015 to July 2019, where Adam also contributed to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Additionally, Adam interned at Sterling Bay in various capacities, including Leasing, Developmental Services and Property Management Intern and Asset Management, Marketing and Legal Intern. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Entrepreneurship and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont and completed a course in Real Estate Finance from REFM Models for Success. Early education includes attendance at New Trier Township High School and Berkshire School.
