Sergio Malcman

Sergio Malcman has a work history that spans from 2012 to the present. Sergio started working as a Project Engineer at ISS Integral Security Systems in March 2012 and was responsible for managing new and ongoing security system installations, designing and executing CCTV, Access Control, Fire, and Alarm systems for various types of buildings. Sergio displayed strong problem-solving skills and was able to find solutions for complex issues. In 2017, Sergio joined BlackFin Square - Collaborative Solutions as an Implementation Manager. In this role, they coordinated internal and external resources or vendors, ensured timely and budget-oriented project delivery, managed changes to project schedule and scope, built relationships with third-party vendors, and minimized project risks through risk management.

Sergio Malcman completed a PMP Course in Project Management at Project Management Academy in 2021.
