Tracy Karakas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tracy began their career at Handicomp Inc. in 1995 as an Office Manager, where they handled accounts receivable and payable, collections, and managed resale supplies. During their time there, they also organized company outings and implemented redesigns for marketing literature and the company's website.

In 1999, Tracy joined EasyLink Services as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. After two years in that role, they transitioned to become a Platinum Accounts - Customer Advocate. In this position, they provided personalized account management support to EasyLink's largest customers and maintained positive relationships with clients. Tracy also provided 24/7 service to Platinum Accounts via cell phone and the Remedy ticketing system.

Tracy's most recent work experience was at BlackFin Square - Communications Solutions. Tracy joined the company in 2014 as a Senior Client Account Manager. In this role, Tracy served as a single point of contact for assigned client accounts with complex product needs or a large revenue scope. Tracy helped design, implement, and manage migration projects, and provided 24/7 support and maintenance.

Throughout their career, Tracy has consistently demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage client relationships and exceed their expectations.

Tracy Karakas has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Davenport University. Additionally, Tracy has pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Services and Counseling as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grace Christian University.
