Claire Gazard

Claire Gazard has extensive work experience in the financial and banking industry. Claire is currently serving as the Head of Business Operations & Change at Blackfinch Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Embark Group as a Programme Manager - Digital from 2021 to 2022 and at Hargreaves Lansdown as Head of Delivery in 2021. In 2020, they held the role of Head of Change at Brightside Insurance. Claire has also worked at RBS as a Programme Director from 2014 to 2019 and at Coutts as a Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager from 2004 to 2014. Claire started their career at NatWest Portfolio Management, Schroders, and Coutts, holding various positions such as Private Client Portfolio Manager, Emerging Markets Fund Accountant, and Senior Business Analyst.

Claire Gazard received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, Claire has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include: Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019, BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile from BCS in February 2018, Diploma in Lending Skills with Distinction from The Chartered Banker Institute in March 2016, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in December 2015. Claire has also obtained several other certifications related to project management and finance between 1999 and 2007.
