Steve Binion

Steve Binion has extensive experience in engineering and construction, currently serving as an Inspector and Permit Writer at BLACKHAWK ENGINEERING INC since February 2013, where responsibilities include conducting security inspections of remote block valve sites on the Centennial Pipeline. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from June 1998 to August 2012 as a Construction Specialist, focusing on project cost estimation, permitting, contractor selection, and project management. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Morehead State University and an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics from Ashland Area Vocational Tech.
