Dani Matzlavi

Dani Matzlavi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In their most recent role as the VP of Engineering - Platform Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure at Blackhawk Network, they are responsible for shaping the company's future infrastructure and building key services. Previously, they worked as an Advisor at Sheva. Prior to that, they held various positions at Nutanix, including Senior Director of Engineering for Nutanix Cloud. At VMware, Dani served as the Director of Engineering for Cloud Services Platform (CSP) and SaaS, as well as the Senior Manager of R&D for the SaaS Platform. Dani also worked at nLayers/EMC as a Software Engineer and Team Leader, and at TTI Telecom as a Software Engineer. Overall, Dani has a strong background in engineering, cloud platform development, and infrastructure management.

Dani Matzlavi's education history includes a BA in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, completed in 2003. In 2010, Dani obtained an MBA in Marketing from The Open University of Israel. Dani also participated in the Engineering Leadership Professional Program at the University of California, Berkeley in 2017. Additionally, they have completed a CSA certification in Cloud Security through HP education and received training in Flex 4 from Malam Team training.
