Heather Rogers

Heather Rogers is an accomplished sales and business development leader with extensive experience in the EMEA and APAC regions. Currently serving as the Sales Director for O.C. Tanner since March 2025, Heather also holds the position of VP of Business Development at Blackhawk Network, overseeing commerce initiatives related to gift cards. Previous roles include Regional Vice President of eCommerce at Blackhawk Network Europe and a Non-Executive Director on the GCVA Executive Board, highlighting a strong focus on digital gifting solutions and client relationship management. Heather has a solid background in sales leadership demonstrated through positions at Sodexo, P&MM, Travelzoo, and Red Letter Days, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
