Isis Beltrán

Isis Beltrán has extensive experience in analytics and customer experience management, currently serving as a Manager in Global Analytics Insights at Concentrix since January 2021, after progressing through various roles including Associate Manager and Global Analytics Insight. At Blackhawk Network, Isis oversees Business and Processes Analysts, WFM, Reporting Analysts, and the Customer Survey platform, along with leading the Business Analytics team and managing customer satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement. In prior roles at TELUS International, positions ranged from Business Analyst to Financial Analyst, and at Teleperformance, Isis served as a Work Force Analyst. Isis is pursuing a Master in Applied Strategy from ESI School of Management, while holding a degree in Economics from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
