Kimberly Guggiana

Kimberly Guggiana serves as the Sr. Director of Employment Law at Blackhawk Network since July 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Employment Paralegal at Workday from February 2021 to July 2022. With extensive experience at Blackhawk Network from 2015 to 2021, Kimberly progressed from Senior Contracts Manager and Paralegal to Sr. Director, overseeing the selection and training of contract managers and providing legal guidance on employment law compliance. Prior to this, Kimberly worked at Safeway as a Senior Paralegal supporting complex employment and litigation matters and began a legal career as a Paralegal at Kauff McClain & McGuire LLP. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Certificate with honors from the Paralegal Program at Saint Mary's College of California.
