Mei-Joy Foster

Mei-joy Foster has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Mei-joy has served as Vice President of Talent Management at Blackhawk Network since 2023. Prior to that, they were an Advisory Board Member and Mentor at EforAll Roxbury, a nonprofit organization focused on helping under-resourced individuals start and grow their businesses. From 2019 to 2022, Mei-joy was the Vice President of People Business Partners at Rocket Software, where they built and managed a strategic HR Business Partner function. Mei-joy also crafted talent management strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Before joining Rocket Software, they worked at ACI Worldwide as the Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner, leading a team and reducing attrition through targeted people strategies. Mei-joy also held leadership positions at Zerto, ACI Worldwide, Unica Corporation (acquired by IBM), MBCR, and Availant (acquired by LakeView Technology), gaining valuable experience in HR management and business partnership.

Mei-joy Foster obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Elmira College, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
