Rachel Tschannen

Rachel Tschannen has a diverse range of work experience. Rachel worked as the VP HR - EMEA & APAC at Blackhawk Network starting in June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director, HR Asia Pacific at Blackhawk Network from May 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were the HR Director, APAC at Meltwater from June 2015 to May 2020. Rachel also served as the Regional Manager HR Asia Pacific at Etihad Airways from March 2011 to June 2015. At Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, they were the Director of Human Resources from March 2005 to September 2008, where they played a vital role in a major refurbishment project and oversaw various HR functions.

Rachel Tschannen's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative Leadership from the University of New England (AU) obtained from 2000 to 2003. Rachel also completed Advanced Coaching and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach program at Gallup Inc in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Rachel Tschannen also pursued a short-term course in Value Based Strategy from Harvard Business School in 2021.
