Rich Yates

Rich Yates has extensive experience in business systems analysis and management, currently serving as a Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst at Blackhawk Network since August 2011, following a role as Business Systems Manager for Finance. Previous positions include Support Transition Contractor at Oracle, where coordination of legacy systems transition occurred, and Application Specialist at Accenture LLP, managing a helpdesk for PeopleSoft Finance and Hyperion. Rich’s early career included roles as IT Manager and Senior Business Analyst at BEA Systems, and Sales Coordinator/Trainer at Excellence Quest. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utah State University and earlier studies at Brigham Young University.
