Kevin Ember is currently a Blackjack Pizza Line Cook, responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas and ensuring a positive customer experience at the register. Kevin also serves as a Research Assistant in Prof. Michael Stowell’s lab at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus on synthesizing peptide toxins and analyzing complexes with the acetylcholine receptor using Cryo-EM. Previously, Kevin worked as a Kohl's Associate, enhancing customer services across various departments, and spent time as the Girls Varsity Tennis Team Manager at Peak to Peak Charter School, leading drills and organizing events. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Colorado Boulder, Kevin holds a high school diploma from Peak to Peak Charter School.
