Ann Ault

Ann Ault is the VP of Finance at BlackLake Security. Ann has previous experience working as a Senior Accountant at Hi-Crush, a Controller at BlackLake Security, and a Controller at S O S Security.

Ann is responsible for general accounting and bookkeeping functions, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation and analysis. Ann is also the key resource for management with timely reviews of financial status and progress in the various programs, initiatives and activities. In addition, Ann has successfully completed a sales tax audit covering 4 year period resulting in assessment of less than $1,500.

Ann has served as the company 401(K) plan administrator, responsible for company matching and employee contributions and reporting, as well as fiduciary responsibilities for the plan sponsor. Ann has also sourced, established, and maintained relationships with key banks and other financial institutions. Lastly, Ann has managed all office administration functions, including lease negotiations, office relocations, and purchasing.

Ann Ault has a BS in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Ann is certified from Bill.com in Bill.com certified.
