Marta Kowalczyk

Marta Kowalczyk is a seasoned professional in talent attraction and customer service, currently serving as a Talent Attraction Manager at Blacklane since September 2016, after holding the role of Customer Service Specialist. Prior to this, Marta held the position of Head of Customer Care for the UK market at Move24 Group GmbH from December 2015 to June 2016 and worked as a Technical Support Advisor for Apple iOS Devices at SELLBYTEL Group from April 2014 to September 2015. Marta began a career in translation and guiding at Portugal Story from October 2011 to September 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master in Human Resources Management from Rome Business School (2020-2021), education at ReDI School of Digital Integration (2018-2019), and a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Wyższa Szkoła Filologiczna we Wrocławiu (2015-2018).
