Monika Wiest is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in team building and management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Blacklane since May 2025, Monika is focused on enhancing the marketplace experience for chauffeurs. As the Founder and Builder of Wandering Minds, an IT consulting company started in January 2024, Monika assists technology start-ups and scale-ups in developing engineering teams and delivering innovative products, while also creating personal applications. Previous roles include Director of Software Engineering at Enpal, overseeing multiple teams, and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Flink, where responsibilities spanned product development for diverse stakeholders.
