Nicola Knopp currently serves as the Director of Global Customer Care at Blacklane since February 2024. Prior to this, Nicola held various leadership roles within customer care, including Global Director and Global Head of Customer Care at Flink from March 2021 to February 2024 and Team Lead for Business Development and Community Management at Vodafone from May 2020 to March 2021. Nicola's earlier experience includes team leadership positions in customer service for Betway International and Betway Germany at DigiOutsource from June 2017 to March 2020. Nicola began a career in real estate as a Property Manager at Berlin Real Estate Services GmbH and has held advisory roles at David Borck Immobiliengesellschaft mbH and Engel & Völkers. Educationally, Nicola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from bbw Hochschule and completed an internship in real estate at Prime Commercial Properties Management Ltd.
