He and his team are responsible for the design of product and service interfaces, customer support material, training, and Blackline’s employee experience. Phil is an industrial designer who has designed industry-leading safety products for BW Technologies by Honeywell, plus interactive learning and collaborative products for SMART Technologies. His focus at Blackline is to lead unified user experiences that tell a story, build confidence through thoughtful designs and increase brand loyalty. His team continually pushes the envelope of what’s possible for connected safety user experiences in the industrial safety industry.
