Phil Benson

Phil Benson is Blackline Safety’s Vice President of User Experience. He and his team are responsible for the design of product and service interfaces, customer support material, training, and Blackline’s employee experience. Phil is an industrial designer who has designed industry-leading safety products for BW Technologies by Honeywell, plus interactive learning and collaborative products for SMART Technologies. His focus at Blackline is to lead unified user experiences that tell a story, build confidence through thoughtful designs and increase brand loyalty. His team continually pushes the envelope of what’s possible for connected safety user experiences in the industrial safety industry.
