Matthew Schwartz

Matthew Schwartz currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at BlackLine, where oversight of engineering for intercompany accounting products includes roles in software development, DevOps, security, and support. Schwartz has extensive experience, including a role as Director of Software Development at ASG Technologies, leading teams to enhance the Mobius Content Services Platform. Previous positions also encompass teaching full stack web development at the University of Connecticut and a managerial role at Aventri focusing on SaaS platform architecture. Additional experience includes contributions at Datto, Reflexions, AB Bernstein, and MasterCard, where software development and team leadership were key responsibilities. Schwartz holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Pace University.
