Whitney Tuil, CFCM, MBA

Whitney Tuil has a strong background in contract management and operations. Whitney is currently serving as the VP of Contracts & Operations at BlackLynx since October 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Contracts at B3 Group, Inc. from February 2017 to October 2019. Whitney also gained extensive experience as a Sr Contract Negotiator at Blackbird Technologies, Inc. from February 2012 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as a Contracts Manager at Scitor Corporation from May 2005 to February 2012. Whitney holds an MBA degree and is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).

Whitney Tuil, CFCM, MBA, holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from Georgetown University from 2009 to 2011. Whitney also completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology at Virginia Tech from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Tuil has obtained the certification of Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in June 2019.
